The weather had been good all week and Arvika was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Tripping Raspberry tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Wirtshaus Gaudi that came steaming ahead. My Sweet Dream suddenly started to galop. Eirik Høitomt had to struggle to get My Sweet Dream to tror again and succeded after 40 m.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Tripping Raspberry looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Stepping Cherry couldn't come out from behind the leader, Wirtshaus Gaudi.




Wirtshaus Gaudi was still in the lead after 1500m. My Sweet Dream started to gallop after 1500m and Eirik Høitomt had to struggle to get it back in trotting.




Wirtshaus Gaudi kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



With only a little left of the race Wirtshaus Gaudi galoped for 30 m. Tripping Raspberry suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Stepping Cherry won. Tripping Raspberry came in second. Wirtshaus Gaudi caught third place.
