The weather had been good all week and Forus was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Moonlight Nova took the lead after a very quick start.




Relaxing Sound saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Flying Titan galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.




Duncan Brady saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.




Hotzenwald suddenly took over the lead.



Moonlight Nova litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Pinstripe´s Bonnie was disturbed and galopped for 30 m.




Hotzenwald made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Moonlight Nova.
