One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Muscular Cruiser sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Cherokee Warrior started to galop and lost 30 m.
Odeur Bizarre quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.
Pointing Whirlwind sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Shining Closet suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m.
Nothing seemed to be able to stop Pointing Whirlwind today. It continued in the lead.
With only a little left of the race Muscular Cruiser galoped for 50 m. Pointing Whirlwind were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.
Pointing Whirlwind didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
