One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Speciale Eenheid tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Lonely Princess that came steaming ahead.




San Quentin quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




San Quentin clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.



Gula Josef On Fire clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.






Speciale Eenheid sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
