One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Intelligent Lion was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Churchill Hof saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Churchill Hof clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Churchill Hof followed by Stopping Body and Intelligent Lion. Lane two Tranquil Moment followed by Shy Beard and Hellcat Rebel. Sunday Sapphire galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Tranquil Moment seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.



Tranquil Moment looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Shy Beard never caught up with Tranquil Moment who won. Intelligent Lion came third.
