One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Charmed Wave sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Charmed Wave was in fine shape and held the lead. Steampunk started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Sophisticated Diary sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Steampunk galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




Sophisticated Diary was still in the lead after 1500m. Charmed Wave galloped for 30 m.




Sophisticated Diary sat safely in the lead after 2000m.



Charmed Wave suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Winner of todays race was Charmed Wave. Sophisticated Diary came in second. Grasping Cake became third.
