One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Madame Bovary was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Running Drama sprinted to the front. Madame Bovary was disturbed and galoped 30 m.




Connemara looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Duquesne Whistle couldn't come out from behind the leader, Running Drama.




Running Drama was still in the lead after 1500m.




Running Drama didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead. Stopping Crystal gallopped 40 m after 2000m.



Running Drama sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Duquesne Whistle sprinted over the finishline before Connemara and Madame Bovary.
