The sun was shining on Åby and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Jack Attack could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




This is the positions after 500m. Close Platinum, Criminal Harmony, Jack Attack, Slimy Hero, Salut Marin, Rolling Dreamcatcher, Middelie, Strong Body. Middelie was disturbed and galoped 10 m.




The leader got disturbed by something and Jack Attack took the lead rather easily.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Jack Attack followed by Close Platinum and Salut Marin. Lane two Slimy Hero followed by Rolling Dreamcatcher and Middelie.




Jack Attack didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Slimy Hero was first on the homestretch followed by Jack Attack and Close Platinum.






No-one could catch Slimy Hero today who won before Close Platinum and Jack Attack.
