The weather had been good all week and Årjäng was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Criminal Foxy Lady. Regent Beim Einteilen ended up behind the leader. Amazing Brightness got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Amazing Brightness started to galop and lost 50 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Jumping Lemon sprinted to the front.

Kræfter Honorere sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Kræfter Honorere followed by Regent Beim Einteilen and Arctic Beat. Lane two Amazing Brightness followed by Criminal Foxy Lady and Sneaky Gladiator.

Kræfter Honorere was still in the lead after 2000m.

Kræfter Honorere were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Criminal Foxy Lady won the race after a spectacular finish.
