The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.





Victory Victoria could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. L'Étoile Mystérieuse was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m.




Glorious Sugar saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. China started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




The leader got disturbed by something and Victory Victoria took the lead rather easily.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Victory Victoria followed by Breaking Garden and China. Lane two Glorious Sugar followed by Zuiver Zoetigheid and Whispering Moonlight.



Breaking Garden was first on the homestretch followed by Glorious Sugar and Victory Victoria.

Glorious Sugar galopped for 50 m on the homestretch. Jorma Kontio tried a little too much on the homestretch and Breaking Garden started to galopp and lost 20 m.




Victory Victoria made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Zuiver Zoetigheid.
