The sun was shining on Eskilstuna today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Congaree could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Wallonien Larockma saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Terre De Mistral started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




The leader got disturbed by something and Fair Gal took the lead rather easily.




Walking Pirate looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Flickering Rocket galloped way to long and was disqualified.



Congaree suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Daniel Redén tried a little too much on the homestretch and Bonfire Momentum started to galopp and lost 20 m.




Final standings. 1 Terre De Mistral, 2 Walking Pirate, 3 Congaree.
