One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Sleepy Duchess. Seront Reconnaître ended up behind the leader. Trembling Darkness got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




Trembling Darkness saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




The leader got disturbed by something and Contadino took the lead rather easily.




Seront Reconnaître saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Trembling Darkness started to gallop after 1500m and Boo Folkeson had to struggle to get it back in trotting. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Asparagus gallopped for 40 m.



Sleepy Duchess was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Seront Reconnaître looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Sleepy Duchess won the race after a spectacular finish.
