One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Marshmallow took the lead after a very quick start. The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. A bird flew just in front of Marshmallow who started to galop and lost 10 m. Make Me Proud started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. A bird flew just in front of Platinum Sound who started to galop and lost 10 m. Golden Apple looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Playing Cake couldn't come out from behind the leader, Marshmallow. Nothing seemed to be able to stop Golden Apple today. It continued in the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Unknown gallopped for 20 m. With only a little left of the race Unknown galoped for 50 m. Unknown was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Golden Apple sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch. Golden Apple kept the speed the whole finish and won before Marshmallow and Playing Cake. Results
