One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Modestine could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Modestine was in fine shape and held the lead.




The leader got disturbed by something and Light Sunset took the lead rather easily.




Light Sunset was still in the lead after 1500m.



Light Sunset looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Lying Beauty won the race after a spectacular finish.
