The sun was shining on Drammen today. A perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Flower Ring. Little Nutcracker ended up behind the leader. Criminal Harmony got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Jumping Starlight was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Spinnend Königin, Criminal Harmony, Light Hope, Funky Sunray, Tranquil Wind, Flower Ring, Little Nutcracker, Jumping Starlight.

Tranquil Wind looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Funky Sunray couldn't come out from behind the leader, Spinnend Königin. Little Nutcracker was disturbed and galoped 10 m.

Funky Sunray saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Light Hope started to gallop after 1500m and Geir Vegard Gundersen had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Funky Sunray were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Winner of todays race was Funky Sunray. Jumping Starlight came in second. Criminal Harmony became third.
