The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Färjestad this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Just Platinum took the lead after a very quick start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Slow Devil sprinted to the front.




Sonne Brilliant sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Sonne Brilliant today. It continued in the lead.



Just Platinum litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Oh No Surrender galoped way to long and was disqualified.




Sonne Brilliant never caught up with Just Platinum who won. Waving Whirlwind came third.
