Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Forssa track was in top-condition.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Oyster Oriental took the lead after a very quick start.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Sad Thinking sprinted to the front.

Perfect Fighter looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Adorable Flower couldn't come out from behind the leader, Sad Thinking.

Lone Plan was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. Slippery Architecture looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Perfect Fighter couldn't come out from behind the leader, Adorable Flower.

Final standings. 1 Sad Thinking, 2 Adorable Flower, 3 Oyster Oriental.
