One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Nessla Pilgrim found a gap and took the lead. Global Rebel followed before Athletic Gladiator.




Volcanic Bomb saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Global Rebel took the lead after 1000m. Nessla Pilgrim didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Global Rebel followed by Athletic Gladiator and Volcanic Bomb. Lane two Nessla Pilgrim followed by Betterthancheckers and Bold Sunset. Volcanic Bomb started to gallop after 1500m and Hans Crebas had to struggle to get it back in trotting.




Global Rebel kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Global Rebel sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Nessla Pilgrim sprinted over the finishline before Global Rebel and Volcanic Bomb.
