The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Bollnäs this day.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Rainbow Lemonade sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Beautiful Sunshine started to galop and lost 10 m. Art Vandelay Pegasos showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping.

This is the positions after 500m. Solid Platinum, Barefoot Moonlight, Wondering Daffodil, Outspoken Work, Shooting Speed, Holy Cheesus, Onkel Brum, Useless Affliction. Art Vandelay Pegasos galloped for 60m and was disqualified.

Leif Witasp tried a little too much on the homestretch and Beautiful Sunshine started to galopp and lost 10 m. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Art Vandelay Pegasos galop. Art Vandelay Pegasos lost 20 m.

Winner of todays race was Barefoot Moonlight. Onkel Brum came in second. Rainbow Lemonade became third.
