Start List
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Hard Rocker could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. This is the positions after 500m. Hell On Fire, Star Rebel, Vooraleer, Hard Rocker, Wurmbrandt Larockma, Dreaming Lion, Decisive Band, Amafora Isabelle. A bird flew just in front of Chuck Opal who started to galop and lost 10 m. Wurmbrandt Larockma looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Amafora Isabelle couldn't come out from behind the leader, Hell On Fire. Standings after 1500m . Lane one Hell On Fire followed by Wurmbrandt Larockma and Star Rebel. Lane two Amafora Isabelle followed by Decisive Band and Ro Lo. Decisive Band was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. With only a little left of the race Vooraleer galoped for 20 m. Hell On Fire kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch. Hard Rocker galoped for 60m and was disqualified. Thomas Uhrberg tried a little too much on the homestretch and Vooraleer started to galopp and lost 40 m. Stopping Body won. Decisive Band came in second. Wurmbrandt Larockma caught third place.
