One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Insane Box was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Big Rock quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Punching Moon was disturbed and galoped 30 m. Nomoneynofun Hamilton started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Big Rock followed by Enlightenment and Lannem Silje. Lane two Decisive Plan followed by Insane Box and Nomoneynofun Hamilton.



Decisive Plan suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Insane Box won the race after a spectacular finish.
