The sun was shining on Halmstad today. A perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Running Thrasher took the lead after a very quick start.

This is the positions after 500m. Finally It's Time, Whispering Sunflower, Run Forrest Run, Fusée, Moro, Deutchland Fire, Rugged Crusher, Trembling Jewel.

Fusée sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Calming Architecture was disturbed and galoped 30 m.

Fusée was still in the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Rugged Crusher gallopped for 10 m. Fusée started to gallop after 1500m and Patrik Södervall had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Rugged Crusher put some pressure on the leader and could take over.

With only a little left of the race Fusée galoped for 30 m. Rugged Crusher were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Rugged Crusher kept the speed the whole finish and won before Deutchland Fire and Trembling Jewel.
