Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Rättvik track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Close General tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Shooting Band that came steaming ahead.




Shooting Band was in fine shape and held the lead.




Shooting Band was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Shooting Band was still in the lead after 1500m.



Shooting Band sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Shooting Band. Playing Carneval came in second. Close General became third.
