Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Östersund track was in top-condition.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Fighting Muscle could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Daniel Wikberg wanted a little to much in the start and Whatever Closet galoped for 50 m.

Real Titanium quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Fighting Muscle who started to galop and lost 30 m. A bird flew just in front of Lumberjack who started to galop and lost 40 m.

Real Titanium clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

Whatever Closet accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Whatever Closet looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Final standings. 1 Frozen Moon, 2 Tender Band, 3 Nouveau Triomphe.
