One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Posadas took the lead after a very quick start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Kaffir Face sprinted to the front.




Kaffir Face clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Posadas showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

Kaffir Face kept the speed the whole finish and won before Call Money and Loving Crusher.
