The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Kurtakko today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Volcanic Bomb tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Granny Smith that came steaming ahead.

Frosty Addiction took the lead after 1000m. Easy Technique didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Granny Smith galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m. Sunday Wonder was disturbed and galoped 50 m.




Frosty Addiction was still in the lead after 1500m. Volcanic Bomb galloped for 20 m.




Volcanic Bomb seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.



Frosty Addiction speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.
