One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Étonnement Jeune sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Beautiful Feeling was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m.

Stopping Closet clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Stopping Closet followed by Beautiful Feeling and Perfect Crystal. Lane two Pucky Learl followed by Étonnement Jeune and Spesielt Invitert.




Pucky Learl put some pressure on the leader and could take over. Stopping Closet was disturbed and gallopped for 20 m.



Pucky Learl kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Pucky Learl galoped way to long and was disqualified.




Stopping Closet made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Perfect Crystal.
