One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Bright Sapphire found a gap and took the lead. Pink Lovebreaker followed before Glamorous Duchess. Shining Queen galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Bright Sapphire was in fine shape and held the lead.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Bright Sapphire today. It continued in the lead.




Bright Sapphire kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Glamorous Duchess was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. Bright Sapphire sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Pink Lovebreaker never caught up with Bright Sapphire who won. Glamorous Duchess came third.
