The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Skellefteå this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Prima Doll was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Struggler saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Cheerful Puma sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. driver couldn't keep Perfect Ice to trotting so they were disqualified.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Cheerful Puma followed by Camisade S.K. and Midnightsmoonlight. Lane two Prima Doll followed by Struggler and King Dessert. King Dessert started to gallop after 1500m and Leif Eriksson had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Cheerful Puma sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Cheerful Puma galopped for 10 m on the homestretch.




Prima Doll won the race after a spectacular finish.
