One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Ferocious Blizzard tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Blue Fountain that came steaming ahead.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Dragon Warrior was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Ferocious Blizzard followed by Dragon Warrior and Ticking Starlight. Lane two Frosty Girl followed by Just Work and Blue Fountain. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Breathing Sunflower gallopped for 40 m.



Ferocious Blizzard were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Blue Fountain galopped for 40 m on the homestretch. Breathing Sunflower was disturbed and galopped for 50 m.




No-one could catch Ticking Starlight today who won before Frosty Girl and Ferocious Blizzard.
