It had been raining for several days at Umåker but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Criminal Pearl took the lead after a very quick start. Criminal Pearl was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Devine Stardust sprinted to the front.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Devine Stardust was still in the lead after 1500m.



Devine Stardust kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.
