Start List
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Nellix As tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Crossing Meadow that came steaming ahead.
This is the positions after 500m. Brigette, Crossing Meadow, Nellix As, Pinstripe´s Von Vicktrix, Volcanic Bomb, Glorious Electra, Werkje Wonderschoon, Kvarngärdets Mynta. Sophisticated Temptress started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.
Nellix As took the lead after 1000m. Crossing Meadow didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.
Standings after 1500m . Lane one Nellix As followed by Glorious Electra and Pinstripe´s Von Vicktrix. Lane two Crossing Meadow followed by Werkje Wonderschoon and Brigette.
Pinstripe´s Von Vicktrix was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. Nellix As kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.
Nellix As kept the speed the whole finish and won before Crossing Meadow and Glorious Electra.
