It had been raining for several days at Sørlandet but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Lieutenant Plan found a gap and took the lead. Gorgeous Sun followed before Elegant Stuff. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m. Flickering Wish showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping.

This is the positions after 500m. Poursuivre Mon Ombre, Diamond Captain, Prince Fire, Sleeping Grove, Just Incredible, Gorgeous Sun, Au Velo, Elegant Stuff. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Lieutenant Plan showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

Poursuivre Mon Ombre was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 30 m.

Diamond Captain looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Poursuivre Mon Ombre galloped for 50 m.

Just Incredible was first on the homestretch followed by Diamond Captain and Gorgeous Sun.
