The sun was shining on Jarlsberg today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Dead Satellite sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Dead Satellite was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Tahitex Hamilton, Lou Kronos, Red Feeling, Pucky Learl, Kip Kip Hooray, Dead Satellite, Lucky Gold, Zoet Ingrediënt.




Red Feeling took the lead after 1000m. Pucky Learl didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Zoet Ingrediënt was disturbed and galoped 50 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Red Feeling followed by Lucky Gold and Kip Kip Hooray. Lane two Pucky Learl followed by Dead Satellite and Lou Kronos.




Red Feeling didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Red Feeling were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Red Feeling didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
