One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sad Dreamcatcher sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Briano started to galop and lost 50 m.

Geel Onderzeeër looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Sad Dreamcatcher couldn't come out from behind the leader, Whispering Heat.




Whispering Heat was still in the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Briano gallopped for 50 m.



Whispering Heat were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.
