The sun was shining on Seinäjoki today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Fast Mind. Portello ended up behind the leader. Calming Runner got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Calming Runner suddenly started to galop. Tapio Perttunen had to struggle to get Calming Runner to tror again and succeded after 10 m.




Troca quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Fast Mind who started to galop and lost 40 m.




Sweetest Thing took the lead after 1000m. Flickering Wave didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. driver couldn't keep Fast Mind to trotting so they were disqualified.




Calming Runner saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Portello galloped for 50 m.




Calming Runner didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Calming Runner looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Calming Runner. Radiant Hope came in second. Spesielt Invitert became third.
