It had been raining for several days at Eskilstuna but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Focused Scope was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Le Petite Croque was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




The leader got disturbed by something and Le Petite Croque took the lead rather easily.




Le Petite Croque was still in the lead after 1500m.



Focused Scope speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Focused Scope kept the speed the whole finish and won before Le Petite Croque and Shining Armor.
