It had been raining for several days at Gävle but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Speak To Me took the lead after a very quick start. Clas Jonsson wanted a little to much in the start and Useless Meltdown galoped for 10 m.




Sad Folder saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Sad Folder clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Strong Ship galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Walking Wonder looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Sudden Wave put some pressure on the leader and could take over.



Sudden Wave kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Useless Meltdown sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
