The sun was shining on Åby today. A perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Just Cube sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.

Forceful Knight saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Just Cube started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. A bird flew just in front of Light Asteroid who started to galop and lost 40 m. Beautiful Rose was disturbed and galoped 10 m.

The leader got disturbed by something and Happy Candy took the lead rather easily. Rolling Breeze suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Happy Candy followed by Rolling Breeze and Beautiful Rose. Lane two Calming Work followed by Red Passion and Just Cube.

Happy Candy sat safely in the lead after 2000m. Forceful Knight gallopped 20 m after 2000m.

Happy Candy kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Winner of todays race was Happy Candy. Rolling Breeze came in second. Calming Work became third.
