The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Åby today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Stepping Closet found a gap and took the lead. Breaking Sun followed before L'Étoile Mystérieuse. Mikko Aho wanted a little to much in the start and Sleepy Box galoped for 30 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Tailwind sprinted to the front.




Marshmallow took the lead after 1000m. L'Étoile Mystérieuse didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Marshmallow was still in the lead after 1500m.



Marshmallow were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






L'Étoile Mystérieuse sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
