The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Gävle today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Metz Entertainer. Royal Paravell ended up behind the leader. L'Étoile Mystérieuse got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field L'Étoile Mystérieuse started to galop and lost 40 m. driver couldn't keep Breaking Beauty to trotting so they were disqualified.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Guardian Legend sprinted to the front. Barefoot Meadow started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Try Or Fail looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that L'Étoile Mystérieuse couldn't come out from behind the leader, Guardian Legend.



With only a little left of the race Breaking Beauty galoped for 40 m. Metz Entertainer looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Try Or Fail couldn't come out from behind the leader, Guardian Legend.






Guardian Legend didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
