Only a humble breeze blew over Åby this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Adventurous Thrasher could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




This is the positions after 500m. Seront Reconnaître, Honourable Moment, When In Rome, Radiating Moon, Frosty Beauty, Adventurous Thrasher, Fortuna Rebel, Dreaming Blast. Golden Sunset started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




The leader got disturbed by something and When In Rome took the lead rather easily.




Radiating Moon saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and When In Rome gallopped for 30 m.



With only a little left of the race Seront Reconnaître galoped for 20 m. Adventurous Thrasher galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Seront Reconnaître was first on the homestretch followed by Radiating Moon and Honourable Moment.






Winner of todays race was Seront Reconnaître. Honourable Moment came in second. Radiating Moon became third.
