One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Silly Starlight found a gap and took the lead. Behage followed before Connaisseur.




Irrelevant quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Old Cruiser looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Connaisseur couldn't come out from behind the leader, Irrelevant.




Connaisseur looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Connaisseur sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Silly Starlight galopped for 20 m on the homestretch.
