The weather had been good all week and Östersund was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Muscular Cruiser found a gap and took the lead. Tubbies followed before Pinch Of Salt. Playing Needle was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m. Rugged Beard suddenly started to galop. Niclas Torstemo had to struggle to get Rugged Beard to tror again and succeded after 20 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Playing Needle, Tender Star, Over The Limit, Tubbies, Peterson-berger Hof, Fighting Plan, Muscular Cruiser, Inkas Modoc.

Tubbies sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Over The Limit looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Playing Needle gallopped for 40 m.

Fighting Plan suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Over The Limit sprinted over the finishline before Fighting Plan and Muscular Cruiser.
