The sun was shining on Oviken and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Art Vandelay Pegasos sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. A bird flew just in front of Sucker For Necklaces who started to galop and lost 20 m. A bird flew just in front of Bowling Star who started to galop and lost 30 m.




Hit The Toad looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Screaming Behemoth couldn't come out from behind the leader, Art Vandelay Pegasos. Art Vandelay Pegasos was disturbed and galoped 10 m.



Screaming Behemoth galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Hit The Toad looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Sucker For Necklaces couldn't come out from behind the leader, Art Vandelay Pegasos.






Hit The Toad never caught up with Art Vandelay Pegasos who won. Sucker For Necklaces came third.
