The weather had been good all week and Hoting was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Solange found a gap and took the lead. Breaking Starshine followed before Skipping Giggle.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Skipping Giggle was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Skipping Giggle galop. Skipping Giggle lost 50 m.




Solange kept the speed the whole finish and won before Breaking Starshine and Skipping Giggle.
