Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Halmstad track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Criminal Arrow found a gap and took the lead. Citrin followed before Big Platinum.




Hard Sword saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Bambino started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Hard Sword was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Hard Sword followed by Big Platinum and Citrin. Lane two Smiling Tropic followed by Loving Crusher and Criminal Arrow.




Big Platinum took the lead. Loving Crusher was disturbed and gallopped for 10 m.



Big Platinum looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Loving Crusher made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Big Platinum.
