The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Kokemäki today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Vanadio Vox took the lead after a very quick start.




This is the positions after 500m. Giggling Sapphire, Toon, Sad Dreamcatcher, The Louisiana, Duquesne Whistle, Vanadio Vox, Charmed Passion, Sleepy Angel. Sleepy Angel showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Giggling Sapphire was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Vanadio Vox looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Vanadio Vox kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead. Toon gallopped 10 m after 2000m.



Giggling Sapphire suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Sad Dreamcatcher showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Giggling Sapphire didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
