It had been raining for several days at Jägersro but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Holiday Credit tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Red Feeling that came steaming ahead. Running Pirate galloped way to long and was disqualified. Punching Comet galloped for 60m and was disqualified. When the startcar left the field Toon started to galop and lost 10 m.

Kan saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

Congaree took the lead after 1000m. Holiday Credit didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Congaree was still in the lead after 1500m.

Red Feeling speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Björn Goop tried a little too much on the homestretch and Eliaquim started to galopp and lost 10 m.

Congaree won the race after a spectacular finish.
