One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Big Strategy sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Experienced Blizzard quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Big Strategy sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Crossing Cupcake galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Big Strategy followed by The Duke and Crossing Cupcake. Lane two Experienced Blizzard followed by Light Rocket and Sliding Dribbler.



Big Strategy sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






The Duke sprinted over the finishline before Experienced Blizzard and Light Rocket.
